When the Bough Breaks

The old oak tree may never be the same again. It is certainly not where I left it.

Nothing sadder than a dead Ent.

Oh no! I never considered the Ent possibility. Poor old Treebeard. He's going the same way as the miracle ash log, I'm afraid.

Oh dear. Did the Volunteers run out of cakes again?

Hello Cornflake! I like the idea of God striking down trees to get his cat back. That would explain a lot about natural disasters.

Well, Boz, the volunteers can be a force to be reckoned with when roused, it's true.

I'm going to explain every natural disaster in terms of god's cat from this moment on.

All this wind is getting a bit creepy. We had a tornado (!) up the road a few weeks back. In fact! There was a tornado a few miles from me a few years back too, that time when I was home in Birmigham. They're following me round! And it'll be third time unlucky I bet.

Perhaps I nearly ran over God's cat once.

Well, as theories go, it makes a change from Schrödinger's cat.

If you are being stalked by high winds you'd better hang on to your hat....
