Moments

It has been a bumpy ride lately.

The weekend was full of drama and tears and resignations.

The drama and resignations were not mine, thankfully, but some of the tears were. It was heavy going.

We did have some lighter moments, though.

McColleague and I were trying to look up an item online, part of a crossbow. It is called a Goat's Foot lever and I typed the relevant words into Google.

"I'm just going to get pictures of actual goats feet now, aren't I?"

Lovely Warden spoke up from his corner of the office. "You don't want to know what I got when I searched for helmet sanitiser."

You really don't want to know what my (then 10 year old) daughter got when she wanted info on equestrian activities and searched for pony girls....

...or her twin, who for a school project was seeking info on exotic animals and somehow or another found a reference to camel toes....

Back in a minute, after I've googled "helmet sanitiser".....

Did Lovely Warden mis-spell "helmet sanitiser"?

Cogidubnus - it's a minefield all right. Mind you, I have learned a lot about kinks I never even knew existed, so in that respect at least it's educational.

Stitchwort - very likely, yes.

One of my parents' neighbours is a lovely chap. Bit posh, bit mad, terribly nice. He started breeding pigs in his (large) back garden, more as a hobby than anything else. His wife still collapses in laughter recounting the time he went on the internet in earnest to find out more information about the breed 'large blacks'.

Oh dear - I do hope all the work troubles get better soon.

Just "blonde" with the safe search off produced some interesting results in an image search. Unfortunately I was in a class full of language learners and did the whole thing on a white board in front of the class.
